[thelist] adding behaviors to DW templated pages

I gotta start using Macromedia's support site more often.  or at least doing
some looking before I go posting here.  but there is something ... (dare I
say) sexy about answering one's own post:

basically just add a editable region (actually two, one for sacrifice (not
kidding!)) to the head in the template....
