Sounds good, but I'm not too sure about that... War crimes were slightly
different.. AFAIK if you tell the clinet what you're doing and they okay
it - they retain full copyright and therefore (perhaps not therefore, but in
addtion, anyway) full responsibility of the content of the site.
If this isn't the case, someone please tell me so I don't get myself in
trouble somewhere down the line :)

PS Think about someone hiring (and you being desperate enough to accept) you
to make a website which contained defamotory remarks about someone..
