If memory serves, you should be more worried about Germany. I think it's
illegal there to mention the competition by name. You can cite "Competitor
A", and have a list of attributes, but you can't name them specifically.

Third parties can do comparative appraisals though, and a company may cite
that article.

Anyone know if this is still the case? I remember having it explained to me
a long time ago, so it might not be valid any more.
