As reasonable (and satisfying) as it may seem, slapping politicians 
around doesn't clue them in, or make them smarter. The best solution 
is to take a deep breath, and try to educate them out of a tyrannical 
mentality. If all fails, it's status quo. THEN you can slap them 
around.
