[thelist] OFF TOPIC: Contract/Salary Rates?

Howdy,
Sorry for the off topic / cross posted message...

Can anybody give me a feel for contracting hourly rates for 4 years
technical experience that includes 3 years HTML, 2 years Client/Server/RDMS
and a little more than 1 year ASP and VisualInterdev?  (no COM stuff yet...)
