We dont have any secrets to hide, so no problem.. ;)

We have about 500 people subscribed to thelist.. And about 40 - 60
people between thesite(our list for the design about the web site) and
thetips(list about the tip archives and hoooking them to a DB)

As with most lists, there are always the regulars, and always the
lurkers.. Over time, a luker usually starts chiming in and becomes a
regular type poster.. We're pretty open and easy going, so I'd say many
that started out lurkers have become regular posters over the months :)

Usually, it takes a new list to find its identity and people to find
their comfort level.. Time varies for each list, or group of people.. As
an example, I think that thelist has just started hitting its stride in
the last 3 or 4 months - so don't worry, it takes time :)
