[thelist] Smart Form, Coding Advice Please.

I'm wanting to serve a page to my clients based on their responses to about
15  form based questions. The user will be be using radio boxes to input
answers.
The page that will be served is a quote template the user will be using to
let us know what website features are of interest to him so we can send a
quote based on the request.

I'm nearly sure the best way to accomplish this is to build the second form
(THE ONE BEING SERVED AFTER THE 15 OR SO QUESTIONS) dynamically. Any tips
on where to start would be great.

I'm in the process of learning PHP so if any of you know how to do it with
PHP that would be a bonus. I don't need directions just a direction.
