Hey Scott - 

You're probably getting the MIME encoded version of the digest, which
does have a load of headers. You can just get the plain text version if
thats cool... Go to http://lists.evolt.org/mailman/listinfo/thelist
enter your email address and password, and check the 'plain' radio
button.
