I started a list for San Diego and quickly grew to something like 60 --
but only 8 people posted. Have 160ish now, and maybe 25 people post with regularity.
I think it's like talk radio - lots of listening, not so many callers. :-\
It really bugged me at the beginning, but I just tried to make it clear
that it was an open group - and went out of my way to try to ask
questions and give tidbits which would provoke discussion.
It's cool running a list, actually - kinda like hosting a never-ending
dinner party. Have fun!
