Ever consider that maybe someone's machine may not be capable of running
the latest browser? Or that they may not have access to the connection to
get that download? Or not have access to the latest CD of upgrades?

Ever consider that a person is incapable (for any of a number of reasons)
of installing new software?

Whatever happened to designer empathy? For considering the audience?
