Right on Ross. When someone mentioned, 'what about people in sengal?'(or
close to that) my reply is that the kind of people who are surfing in
Sengal, or any lower developed country, are probably in the upper class,
and have the means to purchase fairly modern equip.

For those people in less than fortunate situations that *DO* use the
Internet, I think they're looking at more down to earth sites than
word.com or extremegamer.com(for example).. I just kinda doubt that
people who's main concern everyday are basic human needs is 1.) out
surfing the internet for shits and giggles 2.)even really gives a flying
*@$! about recent compatability issues with COM+/DHTML In short the kind
of people that are disadvantaged socially really aren't using the
Internet right now.

I'm a firm believer in the "This is my site. Don't expect everything to
work if you're using older technology." thought. I'm also a believer in
the "Public Access sites *should* work with older technology" school of
thought. Seriously guys, just like everything else in life, its about
moderation and accepting the consequences of not choosing an extreme. :)

Hopefully, the witty, somewhat sarcastic, not all together serious
meaning of this post wasn't lost on anyone :)
