[thelist] Cold Fusion: Style Tips?

As I'm learning Cold Fusion, I'm having to re-evaluate a lot of
stylistic approaches. What would you consider to be general do's and
don'ts?
Example:
I think it's common to separate images, media, scripts from HTML, do
I leave my CF files mixed with the HTML, or not?
What would be logical ways of sorting them?
Another example:
Do I put my queries before the HTML starts, or do I include it in the <html>
I'm not sure if I'm clearly defining the sort of information that I'm
looking for. Feel free to ask for clarification.
