i am *so* glad to see someone pushing the HTML way of doing this instead of using needless
JS... every time someone asks this i whip off a response about just linking to new frameset
documents, that JavaScript is a time waster and introduces all sorts of room for errors...
honestly, i think people forgot how they used to code frames before JavaScript started doing it
for them...
let me give a big +1 to this method... the *original* method...
