[thelist] OT: the internet in Belgium

Hi all,
being from Belgium (but not being in Belgium that often), I just don't get
why Belgium isn't big internetwise. I haven't heard or seen hardly anything
Belgian so far!! Why?? Belgium has lots of advantages, why are we that slow
in picking up on this revolution...? It just seems like we're missing out
on a HUGE opportunity that the US and the UK are getting.
Please, any thoughts???
