I have read this thread with great interest with a bit of a vested 
interest :)

Maintaining an Employment Network (a small one, international 
and mostly IT professionals), being _not_from the field at all, i.e. 
neither IT nor management, here a few queries

1.) Andre, would you like to share some thoughts about hiring and 
what you look out for in the frame of an article - or do may I 
circulate/share your answer to Adrian ( i could edit a bit and send it 
to you for "approval". (btw and may be , if you are still looking for 
talent, you could send a short profile reg. what you are looking for 
to be circulated?)

2. May I include the remarks from others in this regard as well

3. Some time back, there was a thread abt CV Buzzwords, i was 
wondering and meant to ask again and again, if I could share this 
(edited of course) in my network

and any other advise in this regard will be VERY appreciated (you 
can email to me off list).
