Minh,

I believe that you can have Apache log virtual domains to their own log
files. So, if you have foo.bar.com set-up as a virtual host you should just
be able to point WebTrends at a different set of log files...

Subject: [thelist] Webtrends and Apache domain aliases

Dear Evolters,
We use Webtrends to generate the analysis report of our Apache log
files. I'm wondering if Webtrends can generate logs for the aliases that
are on Apache. It does great for www.bar.com but I would like it to
generate the stats reports for something like foo.bar.com as well. I'd
appreciate any tips you can give me to help me get this done... if it
can be done at all.

<tip type="NT4 Recycle Bin Bug">

Users of Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0, Windows NT Server 4.0,
and Windows NT Server 4.0 Enterprise Edition should be aware of a
security issue regarding the Recycle Bin. Under certain conditions, a
malicious user can create, delete, or modify files in the Recycle Bin of
another user. There are limitations, of course, such as the inability to
affect Recycle Bins across multiple computers or even on different
partitions of the same disk. However, the security risk is real. You can
download the patch for Intel or Alpha systems, and read more about the
problem in the Microsoft Security Bulletin at

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms00-007.asp
