however, i would suggest rasing the quality on your .jpg since the artifacts are
quite obvious... and then i would remove 'atomic word hawaii' and put it in its
own 8-color .gif file below the .jpg (doing that will allow an additional 'alt'
attribute as well)...

and while i'm making suggestions, can you trim a dozen or so hard returns from
your email .sig?
