Bad, bad sysadmins!!! I'm an Exchange admin myself, I don't put any
regulations on our Exchange server for outgoing mail, if my users want
to make fools of themselves sending html posts to people that can't see
them, that's their business and I've told them that.
<tip>writing good, clean html code by hand is essential to getting a job
as an html professional. Learning to use packages such as Dreamweaver,
Cold Fusion, etc. is secondary and you should always stay on top of
knowing how to code by hand.</tip>
