The only way to do this AFAIK is to tar (or zip) up the contents of that
directory that you want to send and then use the Netscape upload feature
to upload that file, and then uncompress it on the server ..

I know this isn't the ideal solution you're hoping for, but HTTP isn't a
very flexible protocol when it comes to this sort of thing :)
