You're talking about a substantial Geodemographic Information
System. Your best option is to talk to providers like CACI
(http://www.caci.co.uk/), but it's not going to be cheap.
You might also look at mapinfo (http://www.mapinfo.com).
They're pushing web hooks bigtime (there's a demo copy
of CF Server on their install disk), but again, it's not going
to be cheap.
I understand that there is a MS mapping product which *may*
have web hooks, but don't quote me on it.
