[thelist] writing in forms in Netscape

I've seen form elements disappear on scrolling -- but inconsistently --
to me it seems it happens in very complex pages with multiple layers of
bgcolor and real long pages which are scrolled as they load/render. And
sometimes they disappear.

Do you have a URL you can share demonstrating the problem?
