[thelist] MSIE 5.0 Mac Grrr!

Has anyone noticed that margin-top now defaults to 13 pixels? Would 
anyone be kind enough to check out a mockup at 
<http://www.inerlog.com/~framar/remax/> and let me know if the BG and 
the rest are aligning, or am I simply cursed?
