you more interested in GUI or design resources? while they often
go hand in hand, some design results in fabulously poor GUIs...
the opposite can also be true...
for UI-related stuff, i like to send people to http://iarchitect.com/ to
look through the hall of shame... it's mostly for app developers, but
web pages are interactive, and require similar thought...
as for design, well, i just like to go to the bookstore and look
through design annuals... there's also that book by Robin Williams
that i've shown some friends, "The Non-Designer's Design Book :
Design and Typographic Principles for the Visual Novice" (ISBN:
1566091594)... it doesn't make you a good designer, but it does
help you understand why your current designs may suck... and
that's the first step to designing better stuff...
