	A minor clarification: the W3C spec does not include a height
attribute for the <table> element, although both Microsoft and Netscape docs
list it. Of course, the preferable (read, compliant) way to set a table's
height is to use style sheets, although NN/NC 4 does not support this in my
testing (Mozilla M14 does, however).
