yes... in fact, if you check the archives and find rudy's mention of 
his favorite HTML color tool, those people make it... too busy right 
now to check myself, but maybe rudy will see this...

and i know there are bunch at download.com... did you search 
there yet?

as for the Mac, you can AppleScript that... of course, you could 
script it on windows as well, but there are AppleScripts out there to 
do it for you...
