My daughter (8) really loves the Arthur site
<http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/arthur> - it has sections using Flash that work
very similarly to CDRoms she's used in the past - interactive colouring
books etc.

My sons (16/17) and their friends(girls in the 14 -17 category) are into
ICQ in a *major* way. They also love tests - IQ, and a host of Cosmo-type
personality ones <http://www.emode.com/>. And of course, Napster.
