sorry for being grouchy about it.  it seems that posting html mail to all
the lists i'm on is the trendy thing to do right now.  glad i'm not a digest
subscriber or i think i'd go postal.

are you asking how to center the content vertically?  i'm still not entirely
understanding what it is you're trying to accomplish.  maybe you can put an
example online and give us the url to it.
