[thelist] Vertical shuffle in IE problem

Hi all / jeff,

Thanks - heres a URL.
The 'problem' only exsists if you have a res of 1024 x 768 or more.

I just want to fill the whole screen if I can, it just sits up at
the top at the moment, I guess I can live with it.

Ideally I would want the top nav bar at the top,
the content valigned to middle
and the bottom nav bar at the bottom of the screen.
