[thelist] netscape doesn't like me (and how about a critique)

I loaded up the page just fine with Netscape 4.72 and Mozilla m15 - so
I'm not sure why it isn't loading for you.

The only suggestion I would have is to make the background color match
the color of your middle content.. the bg is showing up as grey right
now, it would look a bit better white :)
