[thelist] Form not posting?

Hey all,

I've got this baffling problem.  I have an ASP web app that I copied
over to our production server.  For some reason a form is not posting
at all.  I modified the production code to print each value in the 
request.form collection, and it prints nothing.

I have never run into this problem before, and I'm hoping someone
can give me a hand.  The develop and production servers have
identical configurations, afaik, and the only code change between
the two is an application level variable containing the connection string.

Please make requests to see the code offlist, since I would really
like to avoid posting 200+ lines of code to thelist and it is an intranet
application.
