Hi Chris,

Can't say that I have ever specified the encoding type for a form.. Just
doesn't make any sense that a form wouldn't pass field values in the header,
but would pass them in the URL...  

Did you try accessing the form with a different browser?  What browser are
you using now, btw?  Have you tried setting up a simple form on a test page
and testing it the same way?  You don't have multiple forms on that page, do
you?

So many possibilities... :)  Send me the code offlist if you'd like, I'll be
happy to have a peek at it.
