I'm not going to rant.....I'm not going to rant...... ;-)

I do think its pretty stupid though to have one without the other. The uses for
cramming info into databases using the URL encoding and pulling out should be so
obvious. Hmmm.....maybe I should apply for a patent since it possibly is not THAT
obvious. Hmmm. LOL
