Works fine on Mac IE5.

It happens when you have a colspan=>1 in the first TR and a table width of
nn% though.  I've seen it a lot.  The only thing I have found to kill it is
making a spacer row with spacer gifs in it above the row with the colspan in
it.  Even that doesn't work all the time.
