[thelist] JavaScript not working in Netscape

If you have a moment and any version of Netscape on any platform, please go
to http://www.civiczone.com/civicsearch/ and enter a zip code in the zip
code box, and hit search. Doing so seems to work in every Mac and Windows
version of IE I've tested, but *won't* work in any version of Netscape, save
the new version 6 (for the Mac). Depending on the version, different things
happen. This is what I've discovered so far:

Mac:
NN3.04 pressing search reverts to:
http://www.civiczone.com/javascript/basic_resultInline.js
which displays the home page with all of the graphics broken (??).

NC4.7 goes to:
http://www.civiczone.com/javascript/styles/style_main.css
but quickly enters an endless loop which keeps reloading and adding the
"styles" directory, making the URL longer and longer.

Windows (NT):

NN3.04 (Gold) - when I enter http://www.civiczone.com/civicsearch/ I get an
alert which states:
     JavaScript Error: http://www.civiczone.com/civicsearch/index.html,
     line 4294967295:
Window.Document.Form1 has no property named 'reset'.
When I attempt a search anyway, I get the same error that happened in Mac's
3.04 version.

NC4.51 and NN 4.08 also enter into the endless loop described above.

It seems obvious there's some kind of problem with the JavaScript. However,
I didn't write it, and it's too complex for me to decipher (I know, shame on
me). The file it should be referring to on submit is at:
http://www.civiczone.com/civicsearch/javascript/validate_basic.js
Any thoughts on what the problem may be would be appreciated.

As an aside, if anyone wants to critique the site, feel free. Yes, Adrian,
feel free to trash it if you've got the time. :o) I realize the font is a
bit small on Windows, so that's probably the first thing I'll tackle next
week.

Going home...

Thanks!
