[thelist] [the list] Frontpage Compatibility Feature

I'm practicing Frontpage with a page for eBay.  I'm running into a question I
can't find the answer for.  Under the Tools , then Page Options menu, then
Compatibility Tab, there's a drop down option for servers.  I don't know what
this means or why it would matter, but the options are for either Apache Server,
or Microsoft Internet Information Server 3.0 and Later.  Hmmm.  Could someone
give me a clue?  I picked the Apache because I have a friend who likes Apache and
that's what my ISP uses.  But, besides that, I'm clueless.  What does one option
or the other really do?
