Ask the people who host your web page.  The safest option is Apache as it is
the most commonly used server on the internet.  The IIS3 option is for NT
servers.  The server from microsoft has front page extensions which are only
usefull on an NT server.

So in summery choose the Apache compatability unless you are *positive* that
your hosting service is using the built in server that comes with NTserver
or win2000 equivelent (enterprise edition I believe)
