Jumpline <http://www.jumpline.net/> offers most of the items you want for a
great price ($14.95 or $24.95). It is EXTREMELY fast and I have had no
problems with them. However, depending on exactly what you need, they may
not help you (like the unlimited amounts and java). But they are a great
step above digitalspace.
