If you have a choice, use PowerPoint 95's Export as HTML function NOT
PowerPoint 2000's export to Web Page option.  

The code on the PPT95 is sloppy, but it works (and can be easily cleaned
up).  I've done quite a bit of these conversions and fixes.

The "web page" produced by PPT2K is hellacious and will have your friends
and neighbors hiding sharp objects when they hear you howl.
