You can also take what Jeff has suggested a step further and just plain
uninstall Active Scripting on your windows computer.

I *believe* if you go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Software -> Windows
Setup Tab then choose the Accessories category and hit the 'details'
button. It will show you all applications under the accessories
category, one of which is Scripting Host.

Simply uncheck the scripting host , click ok a couple times and it
should uninstall it. The above is just from memory, but its around there
somewhere either in accesories or internet tools..
