[thelist] another browser bug wrt CSS & frames on the Mac

this is the problem:

The corp standard we're using here is Netscape 4.6.1, both for Macs and PCs.
I'm rewriting some pages to use style sheets (they were originally
written by someone using FrontPage) and I'm having a problem
viewing them on the Mac: on one page which uses frames, 
if you resize the browser window the styles vanish! Has anyone 
encountered this sort of problem before? Is this a bug in 
Mac Netscape 4.6.1?
