Jewhoo.com? I'm not sure how I feel about this. The domain side of things is
straight-forward... Yahoo.com loses. However:

1. Many of these sites have ripped of (almost exactly) the design of
Yahoo -- see Jewhoo.com
2. I'm mucho glad that Yahoo.com is taking this to ICANN rather than IWIN...
err... I mean court :-) because:
        a. they'll lose
        b. they'll lose

I don't like the site ripoffs, but the domain issue will die... quickly, is
my guess. ICANN will (should?) laugh in their face... and if they don't
there will be hell to pay.

It's been relatively quiet on the domain dispute front the past 3 months or
so. The train seems to be starting up again.
