Allow me to clarify:

1. I was referring to *this* domain issue, not issues in general
2. Because this has not been taken to court, it will die. Unless Yahoo.com
takes it to court after they lose with ICANN, in which case it completely
undermines ICANN's authority (as if they had any) and is a very Bad
Thing(tm)*
