[thelist] [OT] Win 98/NT tips

DOS FDISK will only remove NT partitions if they are FAT16 or FAT32.  If the
partition is NTFS, then DOS FDISK will not work... hence the original tip.
You can use a Linux bootdisk to do the same thing.  ;)
