[thelist] Print Width

The key is to remember that the ppi or dpi (points per inch or dots per
inch) is the key for how many pixels on a page. I believe most word
processing programs are 300dpi which then translates into 2400dpi. on 8"

?so that's 8" of printable area...

?and screen res, let's say, is 72ppi...

?so 8 x 72 = 576
