[thelist] site critique

hey all...

in my spare time, i run a music and movie reviews site... actually, 
it's pretty much become a second job.  i've been migrating the site 
to a mysql database so that it's searchable, easier to update, 
administer, etc.  you know... separating content from presentation, 
and all that.  on top of that, i've also redesigned the site so that 
it's a little sleeker... anyways, i'd appreciate any comments and 
criticisms.  it's located at:

not all of the content is there yet... i've still got to migrate 
about 100 more reviews into the database before it's all done... but 
you'll get the idea.  and i'm still looking for ways to streamline 
the site (design-wise, php-wise, etc.), so any suggestions are 
welcome.  thanks in advance.

<tip type="spelling">
when working with scripts that you've downloaded from another site, 
make sure they've spelled all of their variables and functions 
correctly.  i'm working with a php calendar script, and couldn't get 
the admin section to work properly.  turns out the programmer has 
misspelled "global" and it wasn't connecting to the database.
