Dan,

Why not just inform the guy's new sponsors? Then see if he'll get any money.

Later,
Jon

Quote from their front page:
K don't think I haven't been up to anything :) The Barrow Downs and I have
been seriously busy with the new design and business meetings (Yes me in a
business meeting). But any how's, two big companies; www.insur-e.net and
minstrel have sponsored our site (after seeing the temp design and plans)
and supplied us with our own dedicated server and line and, and so much I
cant be bothered to say it all. Basically the new site for the bods out
there will be using ASP, and for the non-bods out there it means were going
to be bringing you some wick stuff.

Just browsing the evolt referer logs this morn and stumbled across this
site:

http://www.planet-tolkien.com/hobbits.htm

They even have evolts stylesheets word for word.. I know imitation is
the most sincere form of flattery, but still a bit concerned for some
reason.. Any thoughts?

If you use Samba, you might have problems with encrypted passwds on your
windows clients.. Heres a list of win clients that use/dont use
encrypted passwds:

Win95, NT3.5, NT4.0(pre service pack 3) : Non-encrypted passwords
Win95(after SMB update), Win98, NT4.0(post sp3), Win2k : Encrypted
passwords
