So can the name of that image be changed without much hassle to the evolt
site? We could change the background image on the evolt pages to "bg1.gif"
or something and make "bg.gif" a picture of nekkid people... :) (Just
kidding.)

I would think setting an example and dealing up front and directly with this
person would be the best way. I can't actually see the site due to my
District's porn blocker (which only means that this site shares a server
with a porn site), but a firm "Please don't rip off our site wholesale"
letter would probably do the trick. 

There have been references made to thesite code being open source, and this
*could* be a misunderstanding. Devil's advocate and all that.
