of the Atlantic Ocean, as originating with the founders of the Evolt.org.

These are just the first two of many issues that you will need to address in
the event that litigation becomes neccessary....

The members of the Evolt Community take this issue very seriously. We are a
community of developers, designers and users who believe in the promise of
the internet, tempered by the responsibility for individual rights.
You have violated both of the principles through your theft of the work of
the Evolt membership.

Your choice of code to steal was a real poor choice, for a number of
reasons.
the members of Evolt have built every pixel, graphic, code and functionality
of the site. Everything can be documented and proved in a court of law.

Do Not think for a moment that we lack the will or resources to pursue this
avenue as we have a large representation of members fron the United Kingdom.
