As a fellow civil service employee, I'd suggest strongly that you do NOT
send a rant on a personal website from a .gov address.  

I recommend that the list members let EVOLT know about this site and let
EVOLT and their PAID LAWYERS deal with it.  Hopefully, the Evolt folks will
CC the list, and list members (from their personal e-mail addresses) can
support the Evolt corporate position.

The answer to unprofessional behavior (especially if it's by a teenager, as
some have pointed out) is to allow the professional organization that was
wronged to address it in a professional manner.

I would think that all of us sending a BFG-ish barrage of nasty-grams would
get the point across. I, for one, plan to send them my own personal ethics
rant. Imitation is flattery, but this is a blatant rip-off...
