Half the time I notice I don't even match when I get to work (those harsh
flourescent lights are so damning!).  How am I supposed to choose
coordinating colors for a website?

I use the Webmaster's Color Chart:

Colors are grouped by hue, ordered by intensity, so even schleps like me can
build complimentary color schemes.  Plus now they have mouse pads in two
different shapes.. Oooooooooohhhh...
